Union Court Apartments and Retail Units, Inverness
Extensive and comprehensive redevelopment of an entire city block that was previously occupied by a large department store.
The project involved careful restoration of two listed buildings, demolition of a 1970s brutal concrete mid-rise commercial development, sympathetic new-build design, and repurposing into 53 city apartments in a mixed tenure of social rent and mid-market rental properties.
