designed for local adults with severe learning difficulties and their families. The Elsie Normington Foundation, a local charity which provides respite and support for children and adults with severe learning difficulties and their families.
The centre features a cafe and social area to encourage integration with the local community, as well as specialist play spaces and outdoor areas.
